The second book in The Valence Chronicles has its official title.

The Use of Heavy Water.

Once the title was decided, the cover artist was quickly able to come up with artwork for the next book. It matches the style of the first book, but with its own unique identity and color scheme.

Like the first book, The Use of Heavy Water will follow dual timelines as well which are represented in the sand and ice background on the cover.
